One plumbing number

Plumbing help by phone.

Describe the leak, the drain, the toilet, or the water heater. HomeCallHub connects the call to an independent plumbing provider when one is available. We do not send our own technicians.

Problems people call about

These are ordinary residential plumbing problems. Naming the one you have makes the call shorter. It is not a promise that every problem can be taken on every call.

Leaks

A drip under a sink, a wet cabinet, or water spreading on the floor. If you can reach the shutoff safely, turning it off limits the mess while you call.

Drains

A sink, tub, or shower that fills and will not empty. Mention whether other drains in the home are slow too.

Faucets and fixtures

A handle that spins, a faucet that will not shut off, or a steady drip at the spout or the base.

Toilets

A toilet that keeps running, will not flush, or is overflowing. If it is overflowing, shut the valve on the wall behind the toilet if you can.

Water heaters

No hot water, a puddle at the base of the tank, or a heater that is making a new noise. Say that at the start of the call.

Pipes

A supply line that is dripping, a pipe that burst, or a valve that will not turn. A burst pipe is worth saying in the first sentence.

Why call this number

The path is short

There is no request form. The call button opens (901) 749-7617.

The roles stay separate

HomeCallHub connects the call and may be paid for a qualified connection. The provider sets the price and does the work.

You can say what changed

A new puddle, a drain that used to empty, or hot water that stopped overnight is useful detail. The person on the phone cannot see the house.

How plumbing calls work

  1. 1

    Call

Use (901) 749-7617. The button on this page opens that number.

  2. 2

    Explain the problem

Say which fixture it is, what it is doing, and whether you have shut the water off.

  3. 3

    Get connected

When a provider is available, the call is connected to an independent plumbing business. That business does the work.

When something in the house stops working

A lot of plumbing calls start in the kitchen or the bathroom. Water shows up where it should not, a basin fills and stays full, or a handle no longer does what it did yesterday. You do not need the right trade term. Describe the room and what you see.

If water is spreading, the shutoff under that fixture, or the main shutoff if you know where it is, can limit the damage. Only close a valve you can reach safely. This page cannot tell you which valve is yours.

A water heater that is leaking, or a pipe that has already burst, is worth the first sentence of the call. So is a toilet that is overflowing. If you smell gas, or someone is hurt, contact local emergency services first.

What happens when you call

You reach a line for plumbing requests at (901) 749-7617. You will be asked what is going on. When a provider is available, the call is connected to an independent plumbing business.

That business decides whether it can help at your address, when it can come, and what the work will cost. HomeCallHub does not make those decisions and does not bill you on this website for the repair.

HomeCallHub may be paid for a qualified connected call. That payment is not a review score and it is not a statement about a provider’s license.

Kitchens, baths, and the lines between them

A single slow sink is a different call from every drain in the house backing up. A faucet that drips at the spout is different from water under the cabinet. Say which one it is.

Supply lines, shutoff valves, and the trap under a sink are the parts people can often point to. You do not have to take them apart before you call.

Plumbing questions

Who does the plumbing work?

An independent plumbing provider. HomeCallHub does not employ the person who comes to the home, and it does not control that provider’s price, schedule, or workmanship.

Will someone arrive within a set time?

This site does not promise an arrival window, a same-day visit, or that a provider is available when you call.

How much will the repair cost?

HomeCallHub does not publish prices and does not ask you to pay HomeCallHub online. Any charge for the work comes from the independent provider, on that provider’s terms.

Are you a licensed plumbing contractor?

HomeCallHub is the phone connection, not the contractor. Licensing belongs to the provider who performs the work. This site does not display license numbers.

What should I say on the call?

The room, the fixture, what it is doing, and whether water is still running. If you have shut a valve, say which one.

Is this an emergency line?

If someone is in danger, or if you smell gas, contact local emergency services. You can call this number to request plumbing help. The site does not promise an emergency response time.

Do you serve my city?

This site does not publish a city or ZIP list. Call and ask whether a provider can help at your address.

Will the call be recorded?

Recording practices can differ between the connection service and the provider who answers. Ask on the call if you need to know.
