These terms cover your use of HomeCallHub.com. Calling the published number, or browsing the site, means you understand the limits described here.
The site gives you a phone number and an explanation of how a plumbing request is connected. It is not a contract for a specific repair.
What HomeCallHub does
HomeCallHub connects a phone call so you can describe a plumbing problem and, when a provider is available, reach an independent plumbing business.
HomeCallHub does not employ that provider, does not dispatch its own technicians, and does not guarantee that a provider will be available, will agree to the job, or will reach you in a particular amount of time.
Prices and payment
This website does not quote prices and does not take payment for plumbing work. Any bill for labor or parts is between you and the independent provider.
HomeCallHub may be paid by a buyer of the call when a qualified call is connected. That arrangement does not, by itself, create a charge from HomeCallHub to you on this website.
No promise of a result
Plumbing conditions vary. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis of your home, a warranty, or a promise that a repair will succeed. The provider who does the work is responsible for the work it agrees to do.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the phone number to threaten anyone, to interfere with the service, or to misrepresent an emergency. If people are in danger, contact local emergency services.
The website itself
The text, layout, and mark on this site belong to their owner. You may not copy the site and present it as your own service.
Photographs are used under their respective stock licenses and are illustrations of residential plumbing, not pictures of a specific HomeCallHub job.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, HomeCallHub is not liable for the acts, prices, delays, or workmanship of an independent provider, or for damage that occurs because a provider was unavailable.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, the limitation applies only as far as the law allows.
Law that applies
The operator’s state of organization and the venue for disputes are not published on this page yet. They should be added before these terms are treated as a finished legal agreement. Until then, these terms still describe the service you are using.
