This policy describes HomeCallHub.com, a website that helps people request plumbing help by phone. “HomeCallHub” means the operator of this website. The legal name of that operator is not printed here yet.
HomeCallHub is not the plumbing contractor. Repair work is performed by independent providers.
Phone calls
The main way to use this site is to call (901) 749-7617. You place that call from your own phone. HomeCallHub does not ask you to submit a lead form on this website.
The call may be routed to an independent plumbing provider when one is available. That provider, and any call-connection service used to route the call, may receive your phone number through caller ID and may hear whatever you say on the call.
HomeCallHub may be paid when a qualified call is connected. That is separate from any price the provider charges you for plumbing work.
What you might say on a call
You may describe your home, the fixture, and the problem. Do not share account passwords, full payment card numbers, or government ID numbers with a website prompt. This site does not ask for them. If a provider asks for payment, that request is between you and the provider.
Cookies and measurement
The site can load analytics or advertising measurement, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads, only after you choose Allow on the cookie notice and only when those tools have been configured.
If you choose Decline, or if no measurement tools are configured, those scripts are not loaded. The phone buttons still work either way.
Measurement, when allowed, is used to understand which call buttons are used and how the site is reached, including from ads. Call clicks can be recorded as events such as call_click. The site does not use measurement to build a public review score.
Independent providers
A provider you reach has its own practices for scheduling, pricing, and any notes it keeps about the job. Those practices are not this policy. Ask the provider if you want its privacy information.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging help at a home. It is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Choices
You can decline analytics on the cookie notice. You can also use your browser controls to block cookies. You can choose not to call.
